Hinge broke
7 years agoThe hinge on the left temple arm broke. I used the sunglasses occasionally for about 9 months. I would have expected a frame to last longer than that. Also, I had to reorder a new frame where all I needed was just the left temple arm. Couldn't Zenni replace small parts, not the entire frame?

Once I settle on a pair of glasses and purchase, I wish I could save that pair for a possible second or third purchase later. I've ordered glasses, lost them or broke them and then was unable to put together the exact same order again
